For the last 10 weeks I have held after school sessions for children from 7 and over at West Calder Community Hub. The children have learned how to make their own clay creations from scratch with air dry clay and paint them the following week. They have explored the art of Gelli printing, learned how to do pebble arts, focused on Kindness and painted some lovely kindness stones and much more. They have had lots of fun, made some new friends and learned some new skills. :-)

After months of searching for new premises without any luck, I have decided to take my business mobile and come out to your venues instead! I can come to schools, nurseries, day centres, work places, community centres or your homes with my workshops and painting sessions. My Christmas wish is that I can once again have great premises, where I can make my clay creations, store all my material and invite you lovely people to workshops, painting sessions, birthday parties and more. Unfortunately, I need to find some new premises for Craft and Kindness before the end of October, as the charity that I (and all other artists in the building) rent of has cancelled our contract. Therefor I have had to cancel all the upcoming workshops for now. I still have Paint your own kits for sale, so just contact me if you are looking for something. Two sizes available, £11 for the smaller kit with 7 clay creations and £17.50 for the large kit with 15 clay creations. * Come and Paint 8 clay creations of your choice at Craft and Kindness . Price: £15/ person, 2 hour session, drink and biscuits included. * Make your own clay creations from scratch (opportunity to personalise and choose what to make yourself) Price: £35/person, 2 hour session for 2 weeks, drink and biscuits included both sessions. . ❤

This week I went to the LIFT group at Ladywell Baptist church. I brought my Easter Paint your own boxes, talked a bit about my Kindness projects and held a painting session with the 22 ladies. Everyone enjoyed themselves and there were lots of laughter. What a great group!
